About Us

We are a family owned business that operates between South Sacramento and Stockon. We take pride in our craft and source only the highest quality ingredients. Our ice syrups are made from scratch with 100% pure cane sugar with zero additives or preservatives. Our goal is to provide the best possible product to our customers.

The water used to make our ice goes through an extensive filtration process, ensuring light and fluffy snow-like texture. Each cup is shaved fresh to order. We offer a variety of flavors and toppings to choose from, including li hing mui, mochi, condensed milk and more!

We also serve Vietnamese Iced Coffee (Cafe Su Da) made with robusta beans imported directly from Vietanm's Buon Ma Thout province. Our coffee is brewed fresh daily with a traditional Vietnamese phin filter. Check out our menu for toppings and add-ons!
